Return and Refund Policy - Specified return and refund policies. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product. A issued refund will be sent to the corresponding customer after the product returned is reviewed. Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be verified in situational circumstances approved by business.

Changes to Services - We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer.

Warranties and Responsibilities - When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product.

Intellectual Property - The Service and all materials therein are the exclusive property of Cafe Yorune, Yorune Studios, & Yorune Studios: Chips & Clips. Any products, and works of art are under the sole ownership of Cafe Yorune. Each piece is originally crafted. Any use of any materials on Cafe Yorune must retain permission of use through the owner of Cafe Yorune. Miss-use of the any materials from Cafe Yorune will be followed by forms of law in order to protect the welfare of the business.  

Account Suspension or Termination - We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service without notice and liability for any reason. Under the circumstances that the team behind Cafe Yorune is threatened/harassed or receive unpleasant conduct from said account. And if there is an underlining customer issue that needs to be reviewed with approval of the business. Communication will be directed to said account in question once account becomes under the terms of termination.

Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold Cafe Yorune harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses.

Limitation of Liability - Limited liability to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cafe Yorune be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.
